CRM Manager & Engagement Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity for a technically skilled marketer to take ownership of automation flows and campaign emails that drive engagement and revenue. As a CRM Manager & Engagement Specialist, you will develop and optimize automated workflows while also being responsible for creating manual campaign emails. You will also ensure that our front pages in Denmark, Norway, and Sweden feature relevant, seasonal content such as Easter, Christmas, and Halloween.

The job

Position: CRM Manager & Engagement Specialist.

Language: Fluent in Danish, Swedish, or Norwegian as well as English.

Location: Spain, Fuengirola - Office

Contract: Fulltime

Salary: 36.000€ Annual / Brutto

Qualifications

Is technically skilled and able to identify trends and patterns in data.

Has experience in CRM, email marketing, and marketing automation, with a strong focus on both automated flows and manual campaign emails..

Has experience with ESPs such as Klaviyo, Active Campaign, or HubSpot Marketing.

Enjoys being hands-on and working independently with data, execution, and content updates.

Key Responsibilities

Automation Flows: Develop and optimize automated workflows that deliver value for both organizers and ticket buyers.

Campaign Emails: Create manual campaign emails that support commercial goals and drive engagement.

Customer Journey Optimization: Enhance the customer journey by implementing relevant triggers based on user data and behavior.

Data Analysis: Identify patterns and trends in data to optimize campaigns and automation flows.

Front Page Content: Ensure that our front pages in Denmark, Norway, and Sweden are updated with relevant and seasonal content, such as Christmas, Easter, and Halloween.

Reporting & Analysis: Continuously monitor and optimize performance to ensure that automation flows and campaigns deliver maximum value.
