You will join a friendly international team and help customers with mobile, internet and TV-related questions. What does a Customer Service Representative do?
As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist Dutch-speaking customers with questions about mobile services, internet connections and TV solutions. You will help solve technical issues, guide customers through installations and provide professional support via phone and digital channels. You may also identify opportunities to recommend relevant products or services, with full training provided before you start.
The perfect candidate:
Our ideal colleague is positive, service-minded and enjoys helping people. You communicate confidently in Dutch, are comfortable using technology and enjoy finding solutions to customer questions. Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required. What matters most is your motivation, willingness to learn and ability to create a great customer experience.
Your responsibilities:

Support Dutch-speaking customers with mobile, internet and TV-related inquiries

Assist with SIM activation and mobile data setup

Help troubleshoot internet and connectivity issues

Guide customers through TV box installation and setup

Provide professional and friendly customer service

Identify opportunities for relevant cross-selling and upselling

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality
Your qualifications:

Native-level Dutch (C2)

Good English skills (B1 or higher)

EU citizenship or valid Spanish residency

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Comfortable working with technology and digital tools

Customer-focused, positive and eager to learn

Previous customer service experience is beneficial but not required
