What will I be doing?
You’ll be handling calls, emails, and chats from customers in your native language.
You’ll be representing major global brands – examples include Netflix, Disney, Google, Zalando, Daimler Truck, Singapore Airlines, and many more.
We’ll work together to find the right start date and project for you.
Do I need experience?
You don’t need prior experience in customer service.
You’ll receive full training in communication, systems, and the specific brand you’ll support.
Employment begins with a short qualification test to ensure the right fit.
What’s the office environment like?
You’ll work in a native-language team within a large international company, alongside colleagues from many nationalities.
You’ll have the chance to network across cultures, join regular company events, and explore internal career development.
The office is modern, with dedicated spaces to relax indoors or enjoy the Greek views from rooftop terraces.

Your responsibilities:

You’ll provide technical support and customer service via inbound calls, chat, and email.

You’ll represent the brand you’re supporting and be responsible for helping their customers with professionalism and care.
Your qualifications:

You must speak and write one of the following languages at native level:
Czech, Danish, Dutch, English, Estonian, Finnish, French, German, Hebrew, Icelandic, Irish, Italian, Lithuanian, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Slovak, Slovenian, Spanish, Swedish. -
You also need to speak and understand English.
